Date: 12/11

Time of Arrival: 7:30 or so

Cars Expected: 13

Number of Staff you will be arriving with: I have people flying in from different parts of the country so we told them we will start at 8:00 logistically but the event will start about 9:00 or sooner.

Normal Location: Event room across from your office.

Hopper Room Needed? Not sure if the library is the Hopper room but need access to that as well as that’s where separate the cupcakes and juices.

Time of Event: 9:00

Logistics Required of School: NA

Format of the event? In the past the staff or PTA kind of Christmas up the room but that’s up to you.

Does 1 class come out each time? Yes, it’s normally each class comes one at a time and about ten to twenty minutes or sooner per class.

Do you want to address the entire school outside? No, When the children come in, they sit down, we pass out gifts by name, kids open gifts, take a picture with Santa, and one or two of my team follow the class back to their room with cupcakes and juices.

How long does the event typically last? We are done before noon
